Structural Rack is one of the strongest building materials and is made from hot steel that is rolled into the proper shape for I beams and C channels. Structural rack is bolted together and takes far more abuse than Roll Form rack. It can be repaired by cutting and welding. Overall, the investment is worth the impact resistance you gain over Roll Form rack.  See chart below for some guidance on the advantages/disadvantages between the 2 types.
